Hussain Jassem is a resilient and determined young boy, born in 2012, now 12 years old. Despite facing unimaginable challenges, Hussain continues to dream of a brighter future. He lives with his mother and four siblings, having lost his father tragically in an accident in 2019, when Hussain was just seven years old. The loss of his father has left a deep void in his life, and his family has struggled ever since to make ends meet.

Hussain’s mother, who has never received an education and cannot read or write, does her best to care for her children. However, without a source of financial income, the family’s situation is dire. Adding to their challenges, two of Hussain’s siblings suffer from significant health impairments. His brother Muhammad has a debilitating condition that has left him unable to move his hand, further increasing the strain on their already struggling family.

Despite these hardships, Hussain and his siblings have shown incredible perseverance in their academics, excelling in school even amid their difficult circumstances. Hussain’s mother, with all her love and determination, ensures that he attends his classes, but the family is unable to afford the basic school supplies and resources needed to sustain their education.
